We offer comprehensive move management services that not only cover the physical logistics of moving but we are committed to making the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible. We talk through the details and assist you in creating a moving plan. We take great pride in supporting you through re-designing your space in times of change.
Planning & Layout Support:
We use our expert experience to support you in planning, preparing, and even packing in anticipation for your upcoming move. We will take all the measurements of your new space and your existing items so we can accurately determine what items can be utilized in the new space, taking into consideration functionality, beauty, and safety. We also provide recommendations for new items that can be purchased to create better organization in your new space.
Guidance & Packing Support:
We provide guidance for selecting items to pack, making sure you have considered all the necessary items that will make the space feel like home. We bring our expertise and all the packing supplies to make the process of getting ready to move less stressful and more intentional.
Moving Day Support:
We schedule and manage all moving day events including communication with the new facility, timing of movers, and logistics at the new residence. We send our clients out for brunch or a day in the city while we handle all the heavy lifting, literally!
Unpacking & Setup:
While we are taking care of all the large pieces, we are also unpacking and setting up your space so that when you arrive it is ready to be comfortably lived in. We plug everything in, unpack all the boxes, and set-up all the drawers, cupboards, and closets. We even do the art installation to complete our full turnkey experience.

Yes, the average client we work with has been in their home for 20 years. We provide the guidance to help you downsize and choose the items that would best create your ideal living space. We are highly sensitive to the complexity involved in these types of transitions.
Yes, in most cases our clients come with beautiful family members and caregivers ready and willing to assist in the process. We provide an initial plan to everyone involved so that we can work on the same page. We will help to delegate the necessary tasks and expertly educate everyone on the details to create the most efficiency with everyone's time.
We have worked with over one hundred seniors, in more than three facilities, with what seems like an unlimited number of room layouts. Through all of these transitions we have paid close attention to what has worked and what hasn't. We have learned the simple packing tips that can transform this experience from one of great stress to one of intentional decision making with ease.
We have worked with clients experiencing extreme short term memory loss, complete legal blindness, total hearing loss, and wheelchair champions. It is an important part of our process to tailor our guidance and services to each client in order to provide the highest value of service.
With each facility we work with we have established one point of contact to make things easeful and streamlined. We contact the facility letting them know we will be working with you on the move, we notify them on every step of the timeline, and we work out the logistics to make sure things are ready for your arrival.
During the process of intentional downsizing, there are sometimes items client's wish to donate. We can help with that and have done our homework to find the best locations to donate your items. There is no additional charge for donating your items! We are happy to provide donation receipts for your taxes, just request one while we are there or we'll scan and send one by email!

We can! We can orchestrate removal of the item through a mover or donation removal service. We work with a great moving company and also a company that donates or recycles 80% of the items they receive. Just let us know and we can connect you.
